Relations is, in effect, marketing <B>to</B> influencers, missing out the opportuntities of marketing <B>through</B> and <B>with</B> influencers.<BR/><BR/>But the main challenge, at the moment, is getting people to appreciate the complexity of the influencer "ecosystem." Most people still just think "analysts" and "journos".
